Job description
Responsibilities
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), contract documents, cost reports, and other QS-related documents.
  • Prepare cost estimations and project budgets based on preliminary or detailed design information.
  • Source and evaluate quotations, conduct price comparison and provide recommendations.
  • Review and verify contract drawings and specifications, highlight discrepancies or variations.
  • Assist the Contract Manager in tender preparation, progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and final accounts.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing according to company procedures and ISO standards.
  • Monitor project budgets, cash flow and cost control activities.
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants and internal project teams on all contractual matters.
  • Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of working experience in aluminum and glazing works is an added advantage.
  • Candidates with construction, façade, curtain wall or related project experience are highly preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
