Job summary

Flex is seeking a Quality Supervisor in Batu Kawan, Penang, to supervise the quality assurance inspection function on the manufacturing floor. You will oversee QC staffing, perform audits, review reports, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance while liaising with customers and suppliers on quality issues.

The role requires a Mechanical/Manufacturing/Quality Engineering degree and at least 3 years in quality control/assurance in a mechanical manufacturing environment, with hands-on measurement equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Quality Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within mechanical manufacturing.
• Familiar with stamping, assembly, welding, powder coating, machining or metal fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Assigns employees to maximize quality control goals.
• Maintains shift staffing levels and hires guides and inspectors.
• Reviews quality reports and conducts process and sub-factory audits.
• Interacts with customers, vendors and functional peers on quality issues.
• Trains inspectors in quality processes and guides corrective actions.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Quality Supervisor**located in **Mechanical Plant Batu Kawan, Penang.** Supervises and coordinates activities related to the Quality Assurance Inspection function, on the manufacturing floor.
