TE Connectivity Manufacturing Malaysia is seeking a qualified engineer to support quality, reliability, product validation, and Signal Integrity testing for high-speed electronic products and systems. The role involves reliability/environmental testing, failure analysis, CAPA, data analysis, and cross-functional reporting.

You will assist with setup and execution of measurements, monitor processes for quality compliance, and prepare comprehensive test reports for engineering teams.

Competenze

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality, reliability, product validation, or electronics manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of quality inspection methodologies and reliability testing practices.

Support quality, reliability, product validation, and Signal Integrity testing for high-speed electronic products and systems. This role contributes to reliability and environmental testing, product qualification, failure analysis, CAPA activities, test equipment operation, data analysis, and technical reporting for cross‑functional engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

Perform reliability and environmental testing according to approved test plans and procedures.

Support Signal Integrity validation and characterisation activities for high-speed electronic products and systems.

Assist engineers with setting up and executing Signal Integrity measurements using oscilloscopes, TDR, VNA, and other high-speed test equipment.

Collect, document, and analyse quality, reliability, and Signal Integrity test data.

Monitor manufacturing and test processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Support product qualification, reliability demonstration testing, and life‑cycle testing activities.

Assist with failure analysis investigations and root cause determination.

What we’re looking for

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.

At least 2 years of experience in quality, reliability, product validation, or electronics manufacturing environments.

Knowledge of quality inspection methodologies and reliability testing practices.

Basic understanding of Signal Integrity concepts, including eye diagrams, jitter, insertion loss, return loss, impedance, and crosstalk.

Familiarity with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English.

Mandarin communication skills are preferred.
