Job summary

AIXTRON Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Batu Kawan, Penang, invites applications for an Operations Quality Manager.

You will build and sustain the QMS aligned with ISO 9001, ensure regulatory and customer requirements, and drive excellence across incoming goods, manufacturing, field quality and repairs. Reporting to the Managing Director of Operations, you will lead audits, manage non-conformances, implement KPI monitoring and continuous improvement, and promote a strong culture of quality and compliance

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing experience required.
• ISO 9001 knowledge or certification advantageous.
• Experience with documentation and SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain quality processes and documentation.
• Ensure ISO 9001 conformance and manage audits.
• Maintain and optimise the quality system and align with group processes.
• Lead internal audits and coach managers for compliance.
• Oversee the document management system and quality metrics.
• Support production with manufacturing process improvements.
