Key Responsibilities:

Direct and oversee the QA/QC department, ensuring strict adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 engineers/technicians and ~50 QC inspectors.

Manage customer complaints and quality discrepancies, resolving issues effectively and timely.

Negotiate quality limits with customers and reach mutually beneficial solutions.

Prepare and present detailed COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) reports, highlighting improvements and successes.

Conduct quality audits, assessments, and inspections to maintain top-tier standards.

Engage with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to continuously enhance quality processes.

Ensure ISO compliance and leverage it to drive operational excellence.

Requirements:

Proven experience leading QA/QC teams in a manufacturing or electroplating environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with electroplating or surface treatment operations is a strong advantage.

Degree in Chemical Engineering is a plus.

ISO standards knowledge and experience in audits and quality assurance.
