Job Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for quality control, with strong expertise in external quality management (with extensive 8D problem‑solving experience).
  2. Provide appropriate standards and methods for incoming inspection / in‑line inspection / final inspection to ensure inspectors clearly understand the inspection requirements.
  3. Organize IQC, PQC, QA, testers, and line leaders to conduct inspections according to requirements to ensure only qualified products are delivered to customers.
  4. Organize and manage the recording, reporting, identification, review, and follow‑up handling of non‑conforming products to prevent unintended use of defective items.
  5. Handle customer complaints and propose corrective and preventive actions for quality issues, and follow up to ensure implementation.
  6. Assist the engineering department with sample verification and support the production and purchasing departments in supplier evaluation and audits.
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelors degree or above.
  2. At least 3 years of quality management experience in the electronics industry.
  3. Holder of ISO9001:2008 Internal Auditor Certificate, IATF16949 certificate, etc.;
    familiar with QC tools and SPC tools, FMEA, MSA, and other management tools and concepts.
  4. Strong improvement mindset, organizational skills, coordination and communication abilities, logical thinking, and problem‑solving skills; proficient in Office software and quality management statistical applications.
  5. Careful, responsible, hardworking, principled, and proactive.
  6. Strong execution ability and able to travel when required.
