• Lead and manage quality engineers and customer service teams.

Skills

Familiar with management systems such as IATF16949

Experience in implementing APQP

Responsible for the company’s overall quality management, including process quality, incoming material quality, and customer complaint handling.

Manages Process Quality Engineers, PQC, OQC, IQC, and Customer Service Engineers.

Reports directly to the General Manager.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree or above；

2.At least 5 years of work experience in SMT or automotive electronics；

3.Proficient in at least one of the following languages: English or Malay; Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) will be considered an advantage.

Skills Required:

• Familiar with management systems such as IATF16949 and VDA6.3.
• Experience in implementing APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
• Proficient in quality management tools such as SPC, MSA, and PPAP.
