Job Title : Quality Inspector

Company Background: Laboratory Equipment Supplier

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspection operations on in-process products in accordance with the company's quality management system and process and finished product inspection guidelines and maintain inspection records.
  • Inspect products based on sampling standards and inspection guidelines. Report any abnormalities promptly, identify, isolate, and handle non-conforming products, fill out defect notification forms, perform secondary inspections on reworked products, and confirm the effectiveness of final defect improvements.
  • Properly use and maintain measuring instruments, inspection documents, stamps, and quality records as required by the department.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors on time.
Job Requirements:
  • Possess an SPM, Diploma or above, with a background in mechanical or electronic-related fields.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in inspection work.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English listening, speaking, writing and application skills.
  • Proficient in office software and skilled in operating relevant testing equipment and instruments.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, good team spirit, meticulous work ethic, and a strong sense of responsibility.
