Responsibilities

• Perform in-process measurement inspection based on Quality Standard Instruction (QSI).
• Record and maintain inspection report for all inspections carried out.
• Raise non-conforming material report for quality issues found.

Job description

Overview

To perform in-process measurement inspection based on Quality Standard Instruction (QSI) and record the inspection results in the IPQC inspection record.

Responsibilities

• Received DO/Memo/Stock transfer from PIC and buy-off document.
• Perform outgoing inspection according to QSI.
• Record and maintain inspection report for all inspections carried out.
• Accept goods that meet specification by stamping the packaging box carton’s label.
• Revert to superior when non-conformity is found.
• Raise non-conforming material report for quality issues found.
• Monitor activity: rework & sorting to follow standard practice and record re-inspection result.
• On-hold/reject any non-conforming part during OQC inspection.
• Perform job assigned by immediate superior.
• Clean equipment and infrastructure at work station.

Authority

• On hold/reject non-conforming parts with assistance by superior.
• Accept products that meet specification.
