• Perform incoming inspection for parts received from suppliers.
• Prepare IQC Inspection reports.
• Collect information about non-conformance findings.

Job description

To perform incoming inspection for parts receiving from supplier at store and inform to superior for any abnormalities found on resin or raw parts accordingly.

• Inspection and by off receiving Document (DO, OQC,COC).
• Double check quantity part receiving.
• Raw part inspection upon receiving.
• IQC Inspection report preparation.
• Collect info and inform to superior regarding non-conformance finding.
• Follow up sorting supplier activity.
• Daily report

Authority:

• Advise for on hold incoming raw part which have found defect or any abnormality guide by superior
• Accepted product that meet specification.
