Quality & Innovation - Assistant Manager

Uphold integrity of our Quality Management Systems (Food Safety and Quality, Halal) by ensuring they are being implemented and complied to at all times;

Ensuring that all processes meet regulatory and other national or international standards;

Continuously identify opportunities for improvements for our Quality Management Systems, drive the implementation and monitor the performance;

Ensuring timely renewal and certification of all products and Quality Management Systems;

Leads innovation effort and promote innovation capabilities within the company;

Lead the R&D team to develop new products and solutions that align with company’s strategic goals. Oversee and coordinate innovation activities and projects from ideation to launch, managing timeline and budgets to ensure delivery on-time and within budget;

Nurturing a culture of innovation and creativity among staff and stakeholders;

Collaborate with internal and external parties, monitoring and evaluating performance continuously

Requirements
  • Degree in Food Technology or Engineering;
  • Experience in Quality Management and Product Development Project Management is Essential. At least five (5) years’ experience in FMCG industry. Assistant Manager or Senior Executives looking to move up career ladder are welcome to apply;
