Job summary

A leading technology company in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Engineer to oversee the development and update of quality documentation and conduct process audits for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering and 2-3 years' experience in quality within the semiconductor or PCB manufacturing industries. Proficiency in quality tools and languages including Bahasa Malaysia and English, and some Mandarin for liaising with counterparts in China is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality expertise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant experience in the semiconductor industry or PCB manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop/update documentation related to Quality Audit and FQA.
  • Conduct weekly process audits for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate corrective actions in manufacturing sections.
  • Lead weekly Quality Improvement Team meetings.

Skills

Quality tools familiarity (CPK, SPC, FMEA)
Problem solving capability
Communication in Mandarin

Education

Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
