Deal with customer audit preparation and improvement
Responsible for RMA and customer complaint
Deal with incoming material inspection control and abnormal feedback
Yield management, product warning management, personnel and system GRR management
Related process quality control to keep the production line running smoothly
Participate in TPI project import to ensure that the TPI project meets the requirements
Establishment and maintenance of quality-related system
Upgrade system-related documents and forms
Organized internal audit and improvement
ISO/TUV/UL/RoHS external audit (certification)
Establishment and maintenance of document management system
Trained and guided the work of DCC
Organize weekly quality meetings, monthly quality meetings, and output-related reports
