  • 3+ years of process quality management experience

  • Proficient in applying quality tools (MSA, SPC, FMEA, QC 7 tools)
  • Understanding of product quality control, product standards; strong logical thinking, problem solving, driving ability, strong principle
  • Proficient in Office software; 3D software measurement familiarity; drawing reading ability
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization coordination, analytical decision‑making
  • Production management, planning management knowledge; good communication and coordination; teamwork spirit
  • Adaptability to overtime and work pressure
Responsibilitiesh3>
  • Collect, track, and summarize material yield rate at supplier end; conduct material improvement follow‑up at supplier site
  • Before new project production: require suppliers to provide corresponding quality documents (OQC‑SIP, MtD, control plans, etc.); follow up material incoming situation and feedback material status
  • Assist supplier process analysis and improvement; handle supplier material special acceptance matters
  • Conduct regular/irregular audits at supplier end
  • When receiving customer complaints: assist QE in investigation and analysis; follow up improvement of material defects; lead completion of FACA and closure
  • During NPI phase: conduct quality risk assessment; establish process control points; assist and promote manufacturing process optimization; ensure smooth project ramp‑up and mass production
  • Use quality tools such as yield reports, Pareto charts, MIL, yield bridge, etc., to perform data statistics and analysis on production processes (MP), and promote collaborative departments to achieve yield targets ahead of schedule
  • Lead analysis, improvement, tracking and closure of major quality defects affecting delivery schedules; form Lesson learned
  • Lead acceptance of production line inspection equipment; responsible for organizing and analyzing verification reports such as 200x repeatability, GR&R, correlation
  • Track and support product quality status at customer production line; confirm production line defects; maintain good communication with customers; feedback to company for internal improvement
  • Confirm and prepare reports for customer end cumulative returns/batch returns defects; communicate with customers to maintain good relationships; return confirmed defective products to company; track improvement effect of product defects
  • Confirm monthly delivery quality performance and feedback; conduct face‑to‑face communication with customers; explain company internal improvement plans; support and coordinate customer site rework of product defects; assist project team; track usage status of new projects at customer end
  • Complete various tasks assigned by superiors on time
  • Maintain confidentiality of documents and materials involved in work
