Job summary

A manufacturing company located in Kulai, Johor, is seeking an Engineering professional to handle customer complaints and ensure quality improvement. The role requires a degree in Engineering and familiarity with Injection Moulding processes. Responsibilities include problem analysis, monitoring part statuses, and guiding QC supervisors. The successful candidate will engage directly with customers and management to improve service quality and operations.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge in Injection Moulding process is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customer complaints and services.
• Analyze problems and take corrective actions.
• Monitor and follow up on part status.
• Prepare and reply to countermeasure actions to customer.
• Verify all sales return and ODR activity.
• Prepare monthly quality improvement reports.
• Provide guidance specifications to QC supervisor.
• Follow up and monitor with production countermeasure replies.
