Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or Science is required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality control role.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and tools; ISO9000 experience preferred.
• Teamwork spirit, self-discipline, and self-motivation.
• Good leadership with communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate quality records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement quality control procedures to meet standards and specifications.
• Inspect raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to identify quality issues.
• Document and report quality data, trends, and findings to management.
