  • Keep quality management informed about customer feedback and expectations concerning product quality.
  • Prepare and update all necessary quality reports and procedures as required by customers and internal standards.
  • Train and guide the quality team in problem-solving methodologies to resolve customer quality issues.
  • Prepare timely 8D reports for customers, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Ensure the quality of molded parts and resolve molding-related quality issues.
  • Control and monitor critical-to-process (CTP) dimensions in molding.
  • Validate reject sorting to minimize over-reject rates and reduce molding Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) impacts.
  • Conduct daily process line audits, including process parameter and CPS setting reviews.
  • Perform daily CPM reviews with process engineers and production teams.
  • Drive reductions and prevention of quality nonconformity (QN), defect material control (DMC), and return material (RN) issues in molding.
  • Lead quality and productivity improvement initiatives both internally and with suppliers.
  • Drive quality improvements for subcontractors and enhance CTP/CTQ dimension controls to reduce molding QAP issues.
  • Benchmark and share best practices and control measures between molding and subcontractors.
