You’ll serve as the vital link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring that every voice is heard and every concern is addressed with precision and care.

What will you do?
  • Responsible for driving resolution for customer issues to enhance customer experience and mitigate business risk.
  • Drive continuous improvement (CI) efforts and improvement on overall customer journey.
  • Liaise between external customers and internal stakeholders: Sales, Services, Execution team, Logistics and Customer Care.
  • Challenge and, if necessary, lead root‑cause identification to formulate effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Interact regularly with customers to understand the expectations and concerns and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Represent the voice of customer and drive customer centricity within the entity.
  • Escalate and alert management on issues.
  • Uphold customer complaint processes and ensure rigorous use of tools, especially bFO‑I2P.
  • Drive the strategy in accordance with the Global Quality Strategy and implement Schneider Quality Policy.
  • Challenge internal stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and achieve quality goals.
What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Degree preferably in Electrical Engineering or related.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Quality in a similar industry/manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • High agility with strong influence skills.
  • Good problem‑solving skills and well‑versed in Root Cause Analysis.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong in written and spoken English and Bahasa; other Asian languages are an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced and matrix environment.
What’s in it for me?
  • Global Family Leave
  • Comprehensive medical coverage for employee and dependents
  • Worldwide Employee Stock Ownership
