Responsibilities

• Ensure the fulfilment of user requirements to improve product quality.

• Prepare help files, user manuals, and training documents.
• Report status of tasks/projects to manager regularly.

Quality Data Management Senior Specialist

To enhance our Quality Team in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionate Data Management Senior Specialist.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure the fulfilment of user requirements in order to improve the product quality level in the respective department by collecting and analysing the user requirements so that they are well-defined, documented and aligned between all the stakeholders.
• Design Quality Data Management system functional modules such that it is able to grow/expand robustly and safely in supporting customer’s new requirements.
• Coordinate and maintain system configurations so that system can function correctly and timely to safeguard the production in high quality conditions.
• Prepare and develop system related help files, user manuals, procedures and training documents to enable key users to learn and use the new capabilities in system effectively.
• Report to manager regularly the status of the tasks/projects assigned to ensure targeted results are achieved on time and delivered to users satisfactorily.
• Other job assignments from superior.

Your Profile

• Possess bachelor degree/master degree in IT Software related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience & above in IT system support/Quality.
• Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc.
• Knowledge of SQL Server database, SQL, Store Procedure, Functions, Views, etc.
• Knowledge of BI or Report development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with our internal/external customers.
• Excellent organizational time management skill.
• Strong ability of learning, logical thinking, problem solving, good team spirit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiar with Quality System.
• Familiar with IT support.
• Familiar with Project management.
• Ability to work under pressure.
