We are seeking an experienced QC Team Leader to oversee a team of QC analysts, ensuring the highest standards of product and process quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of QA methodologies, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in processes and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in candidate screening, interviews, and final hiring decisions.
- Support new employee onboarding and training.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of QC analysts to achieve quality objectives.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a culture of quality, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
Quality Assurance Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement QC processes and best practices.
- Oversee planning, execution, and automation management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations, Training, and other relevant teams to integrate quality control principles into existing processes.
Analysis Management
- Selecting the appropriate tools, models, and methodologies (quantitative, qualitative, statistical, etc.).
- Using tools like Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or specialized trading analytics software.
- Validating results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Presenting results through dashboards, charts, reports, or summaries
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Identify gaps in QC processes and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain documentation for compliance and audits.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align quality goals.
- Communicate QC metrics, risks, and improvement plans to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, QA Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in QC/QA, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop a QC/QA team.
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Rigorous approach to quality and compliance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting and collaboration.
