Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods. Ensure all processes comply with SOPs, quality standards, and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control & Monitoring
  • Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
  • Ensure all processes comply with SOPs, quality standards, and customer specifications.
• Documentation & Compliance
  • Prepare, review, and update SOPs, Work Instructions, forms, and quality documents.
  • Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP (if applicable).
• Audit & Inspection
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
  • Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Non‑Conformance Management
  • Investigate product defects, customer complaints, and process non‑compliances.
  • Issue Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and monitor corrective & preventive actions.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Support improvement activities such as Kaizen, Lean, or process optimisation.
  • Recommend preventive measures to reduce defects and improve productivity.
• Training & Awareness
  • Provide quality awareness training to production staff and operators.
  • Ensure all employees understand and follow quality standards.
• Reporting
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports.
  • Analyze defect trends and propose improvement plans.

Qualifications
