Job summary

Wang-Zheng Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Inspector to conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met. You will perform quality checks, record results, identify defects, and report non-conformances to the relevant department.

You will work closely with the production team to address quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and ensure proper documentation of all quality records, test results and certificates of analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree that is related science course(s).

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection of raw materials, in process and finished goods to ensure quality standard are met.
• Perform quality checks according to company procedures and specification.
• Record inspection result and prepare quality reports
• Identify defects and report non conformance to relevant department.
• Work closely with the production team to address quality issues and recommend corrective action.
• Ensure proper documentation of quality record, test result and certificate of analysis
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of QC area and testing equipment.
• Perform any adhoc assigned by superior.
