Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a QC Inspector to support our extrusion and production teams in Selangor. You will perform IQC, UV, and final inspections, record results, and report non-conformances to ensure products meet customer specifications.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of QC experience in manufacturing, is detail oriented, and proficient with Word and Excel. You will follow SOPs and drawings, work independently or as part of a team, and contribute to continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a QC Inspector.
• Experience in incoming, in-process and final product inspection.
• Familiar with basic measuring and inspection equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to understand and follow SOPs, work instructions, drawings and product specifications.
• Detail-oriented with good observation and inspection skills.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IQC inspection for extrusion products/materials.
• Conduct UV inspection upon completion of production.
• Conduct final inspection and vacuum pad inspection according to SOP and specifications.
• Record inspection results and report any non-conformance or quality issues.
• Ensure products meet required quality standards and customer specifications.
