Job summary

Job description

The company is a well-established plastic packaging manufacturer based in Malaysia, serving customers in both local and international markets. With a workforce of 300 workers and operators, the company has amassed over 170 units of machinery, supporting a production capacity of 27,500 metric tons per annum. Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly & monthly reports.
• Take charge of all equipment calibration.
• Verify return of goods for defects.
• Incoming inspection for all raw materials & WIPs from sub-contractors.
• Conduct testing for recycled material.
• Daily data entry into computer system.
• Maintain ISO documentation requirements.
• Up keeping of proper filing systems.
• Ensure all inspection report is correct & complete.
• Gather reports from related departments for data analysis and follow up for any inconsistency
• Assist QC Manager on day to day & case to case basis.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Min 1 year experience in related field.
• Min SPM leaver, Diploma in any related field.
• QC knowledge.
• Able to read & understand technical drawing and specification.
• Able to use technical & measurement tools.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Willing to work in Pandamaran, Port Klang
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday 8.00pm to 1.00pm
