Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Ensure production activities comply with GMP, HACCP, VHM, and company SOPs.
Conduct routine quality checks (temperature, weight, appearance, hygiene).
Identify, record, and report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
Ensure proper product labeling, traceability, and documentation.
Maintain accurate QC records and reports.
Support internal and external audits.
Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and pest control activities.
Liaise with production teams to prevent quality and food safety issues.
