Key Responsibilities
Quality Management System (QMS)
- Maintain and update all QMS-related documents in line with internal policies and ISO standards.
- Coordinate internal audits, performance reviews, and follow-up actions.
- Record and monitor non-conformities, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
- Work closely with different teams to standardize and optimize procedures.
Compliance & Certification Support
- Assist with the upkeep and renewal of relevant compliance and certification programs.
- Prepare and organize documentation for internal and external audits.
- Liaise with auditors, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure continuous adherence to standards.
- Support the development of policies, frameworks, and risk assessment processes.
- Compile compliance data and contribute to regular reporting.
Documentation Management
- Oversee controlled documents such as SOPs, manuals, and forms.
- Ensure proper version control, approvals, and accessibility for all relevant documents.
- Maintain accurate records to support transparency and audit readiness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and compliance principles.
- Skilled in documentation control, auditing, and process management.
- Excellent organization, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates accountability, integrity, and a commitment to ongoing learning.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transport operations is a strong advantage.
