Responsibilities

• Collect data for the Product Quality Review (PQR).
• Compile, analyze and prepare PQR report.
• Prepare verification protocols and monitor the verification process.
• Compile and analyze verification data and results.
• Prepare the final verification report.
• Ensure proper arrangement of equipment handled by the QA department.
• Order new or replacement equipment as necessary and update the master list of equipment.
• Prepare Quality Procedures (QP), Work Instructions (WI) and related documents.
