Job description

• Timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.
  -Control and storage of document and record.
  -Control the numbering, tracking, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents.
• Manage key customer quality performance and responsiveness to meet and exceed customer quality expectations.
  -Assist Quality Engineer to build up industry insight on emerging customer quality requirements and ensure the readiness of the operation team.
  -Assist Quality Engineer in driving systemic improvement on quality escapees through effective 8D deployment.
  -Assist Quality Engineer to follow up on the Noncompliance improvement, corrective and preventive action closure and monitoring.
  -Data collection and compiling for analysis.
• Calibration
  -Handling and updating equipment calibration status into Master list(external)
  -Register new equipment that requires calibration.
  -Review the calibration certification before release for use.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in electronics or flex circuit manufacturing.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of inspectors.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, root causeanalysis,and CAPA.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends,and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills to motivateand drive team performance.
• Familiarity with industry standardsand customer specifications for flex circuits is a plus.
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS)and audit processes.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes specific to flex circuits.
• Strong problem-solvingand decision-making abilities.
• Proactiveand willing to learn new skills.
• Has the authority to stop the line upon approval from immediate superiorand work together with functional teams to resolve the issue.
