We’re supporting a well-established food manufacturing group with over 25 years in bao & dim sum production, supplying both frozen and freshly made products to retail outlets, cafés, dim sum restaurants, and regional distributors. The group operates multiple concepts including manufacturing, B2B trading, and retail outlets, and is rapidly expanding its frozen food and central kitchen operations across Malaysia and Singapore.

Industry: Frozen Food Manufacturing (Bao & Dim Sum) — Non-Halal Production Environment

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and oversee Quality Assurance (QA) and Food Safety across manufacturing, retail, and central kitchen operations.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO22000 and all relevant food safety regulations.
  • Develop and enforce QA policies, SOPs, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Manage internal/external audits, corrective actions, and quality documentation.
  • Monitor product consistency for frozen and freshly made products across outlets.
  • Collaborate with Production, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Retail teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Oversee handling of non-halal raw materials and ensure proper segregation and safety standards.
We're Looking for Someone With:
  • 5–7 years of QA experience in food manufacturing (must-have).
  • Strong hands‑on expertise in HACCP, GMP, ISO22000 and food regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in frozen food, bakery, dim sum, central kitchen, or FMCG food production is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a non-halal food manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to manage audits, documentation, SOPs, and quality investigations.
  • Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional communication skills.
