Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance specialist to manage the QA database, support product QA, and drive internal quality assurance activities to meet company standards and legal obligations. The role emphasizes meticulous data handling, problem analysis, and timely reporting.

You will act as the focal point for QA issues, handle supplier and customer NCRs, support both internal and external audits (including ISO), maintain quality controls, and contribute to 5S activities across

Qualifications

Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry/ Environmental Science/ HSE or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experiences to relevant working experience in the related field.

Responsibilities

Manage database of product quality assurance analysis and support the quality assurance of product.
Act as focal person and provide solutions for all company quality assurance-related issues within the company.
Manage supplier and customer NCR, problem analysis, and internal quality assurance problem-solving.
To support internal quality assurance audits and external quality assurance audits to suppliers.
To support external audits by customers, ISO certification bodies etc.
Maintain company rules and objectives relevant to Quality Control matters.
