Job summary

A leading renewable energy firm in Malaysia is looking for a Quality Manager/Assistant Manager. This role focuses on the implementation of the company's Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Responsibilities include conducting internal audits, developing training programs, and leading quality initiatives in solar farm operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within the EPC or renewable sectors.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in QA/QC or Quality Management within EPC, Renewable Energy, or Construction sectors.
• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and Total Quality Management.
• Proven experience with internal auditing, compliance, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the QSHE Management System.
• Drive continuous improvement of QSHE systems.
• Conduct inspections and internal quality audits.
