Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong character, representing customer interests with a particular focus on quality requirements. This role demands exceptional attention to detail and a robust background in quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of semiconductor products to ensure compliance with stringent quality standards.
  • Represent customer interests by advocating for high-quality requirements and addressing any concerns.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Perform regular audits and assessments of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions using RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) and 8D methodologies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality metrics.
  • Train and mentor junior quality inspectors to uphold quality standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in semiconductor technology.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the semiconductor industry.
