Job summary

An educational institution located in Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia, is seeking a quality management professional to assist in coordinating audits and ensuring compliance with AMEC requirements. Responsibilities

  • Assist QAM to coordinate and perform audits to monitor compliance with AMEC requirements.
  • Review and implement work processes for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Monitor completion of corrective action requests within stipulated time frames.
  • Update the Maintenance Training Organization Exposition per CAAM requirements.
  • Carry out course critique analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in organizing in-house training according to plan.
  • Identify training needs for QA personnel.
  • Prepare an annual internal audit plan.
  • Monitor management and control of approved documents and databases.
  • Verify assessment of AMEC qualifying personnel and internal auditors.
  • Promote implementation of the QMS and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a member in the Quality Management review.
  • Perform additional functions as directed by the superior.
Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assist QAM to coordinate and perform independent audit on departments and sub-contractors to monitor their compliance to the approving authorities and AMEC requirements as schedule plan.
  • Carry out the review and implementation of work processes to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency as per the regulatory and AMEC’s requirements.
  • Monitor all corrective action requests are taken within the stipulated time frame and when completed meet their intended purpose.
  • To review and update the Maintenance Training Organization Exposition in compliance with any latest changes in the CAAM requirements and to ensure relevant second level documents are updated accordingly.
  • To carry out course critique analysis on completed module class as schedule and any remedial action required for the purpose of continuous improvement.
  • To assist QAM organizing and coordinate in – house training according to plan.
  • Identify the training needs of QA personnel for continuous improvement of its staffs.
  • Prepare an annual internal, surveillance and sub – contractor audit plan every beginning of the first week of the year.
  • To monitor the proper management and control of all approved documents, personnel approval, folders and databases are up to date.
  • Carry out verification of assessment and authorization of AMEC qualifying personnel and internal auditors.
  • To promote awareness, implementation and enforce the company QMS and regulatory requirements for the improvement of its current processes, controls and quality system.
  • To act as a member in the Quality Management review.
  • Perform additional functions directed by the superior.
