Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Science, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant industry or laboratory environment.
• Hands-on experience with analytical equipment such as gas chromatography, moisture analyzers, and oxygen analyzers is added advantage.
• Proficient in using computers and navigating Google Workspace tools for quality documentation and data management.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of working effectively within collaborative teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site product quality control, analytical equipment calibration, and routine testing to ensure ISO and food safety standards.
• Halt product release if process or product deviations occur and lead root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with production teams to maintain high operational and safety standards.
• Assist the Product Manager in setting up quality standards, procedures, and manpower plans.
• Perform external product testing for customers upon request, and support staff training and development.
