What you’ll achieve

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible to drive quality metrics and monitor the effectiveness of our QA processes. You will work with cross‑functional teams, including Engineering and Operations, to develop quality control policies and evaluate production limitations, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

You will:

• Drive Quality Metrics: Monitor and analyze quality metrics to track the effectiveness of QA processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform Inspections and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and quality assurance testing on finished products.
• Develop Quality Control Process: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create and implement effective quality control process.
• Support New Product Introductions: Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure quality standards are met during new product introductions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS), validation techniques, and statistical analysis.

Essential Requirements

• 2025/2026 Fresh Graduates, start date: Mid‑Feb 2026 onwards.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field and with minimum of 0‑1 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Problem‑Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Basic Programming Skills/AI Knowledge: Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java and Understanding of artificial intelligence applications in quality assurance to enhance testing processes and improve efficiency are an added advantage.
