A leading technology firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Quality Assurance professional with a strong background in claims processing. The role involves managing training programs and ensuring efficiency in offshore claims operations. Candidates should have 3-6 years of medical claims experience, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Cantonese. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to team development and performance improvements.
To develop, plan and administer a wide range of training programs (including technical, soft skills and induction) to Claims Team or where training is required to support claims processing services.
To conduct monthly Quality Assurance checking to measure the effectiveness of the training provided; to identify gaps in processes and claim practices; role of the ambassador to drive the team to develop skills and knowledge to ensure a sustainable and robust team. To design new training materials for new programmes and products to support business growth.
