Job description

Report defects or errors found during in-process inspection to the Production Manager and assist in decision-making.

Monitor production quality and share important updates or reminders with team members clearly and effectively.

Review and interpret technical drawings, ensuring production aligns with quality standards.

Educate and guide team members on methods to prevent defects during production.

Defect and correct defects in finished parts before delivery

Conduct inspections of products before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction

Coordinate with top management and other departments on QA-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or related field.


• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in QA or QC in a manufacturing or engineering environment.


• Able to read and understand basic engineering drawings.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Good communication and teamwork skills,


• Proactive and able to follow up on tasks with minimal supervision.
