A tech company in Malaysia is looking for a Quality Assurance specialist to identify and remedy defects within the production process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's QA experience and excellent communication skills in both English and Malay. Responsibilities include compiling statistical data, drafting QA policies, and investigating customer complaints. Experience in the BPO or call center sector, as well as a background in video hosting, would be advantageous.
