Job summary

A leading renewable energy company in Petaling Jaya is seeking a dedicated individual to assist in QSHE documentation and monitor safety practices at project sites. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Safety and Health, along with strong organizational and communication skills. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential. The role involves conducting inspections and participating in QSHE awareness programs to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of QSHE principles and management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, organizing, and updating QSHE documentation and reports.
• Supervise and monitor safety practices and compliance at project sites under guidance.
• Support internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to QSHE standards.
• Conduct office inspections to promote and maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in the planning and execution of QSHE awareness programs and trainings.
• Assist in the maintenance and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
