Job summary

Qualifications

QC technician support lab and QC task, to ensure quality & system compliance with customer, statutory, regulatory and ISO/IEC 17025 Management System requirements.

Accountabilities

• To carry out daily laboratory testing duties assigned
• To perform analysis for product storage tank, during process, incoming raw material and final product before release to customer.
• Record and maintain the testing result in worksheet / logbook
• To protect customer confidential information and proprietary rights
• Up-keep the laboratory environment and housekeeping
• Clean the sample apparatus after used (when needed)
• Chemical Reagent Preparation
• To send sample to external parties.
• To carry out sampling at external storage tank
• SWI & Internal procedures to adhere to standards
• Assist supervisor in daily tasks

Requirements

• Minimum SPM level ; experience working in oils and fats industry will be added advantage
• Has experience of performing calibration and verification for laboratory equipment will be added advantage
• Basic laboratory analytical skill, Computer literate, communication & documentation skills
• Able to cope with work at height / not fear at height (acrophobia)
