Job Overview

PV Metal Engineering Sdn Bhd is a leading manufacturer of metal sheet fabrication solutions, operating for twenty years with a focus on quality and innovative manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

To perform in‑coming, in‑process, and out‑going quality inspection.

Implement 5S principles in the workplace.

Perform inspections using measuring instruments, gauges, and advanced quality tools such as CMM and MicroVu, ensuring experience with various types of measurement equipment.

Maintain standardized work instructions.

Complete all necessary assembly reporting and required paperwork.

Maintain housekeeping of the QC department, including parts/module arrangement, organization of work tables, and tool cabinets.

Coordinate with various departments on quality issues.

Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in inspection; experience in sheet metal fabrication is an advantage.

Able to read and interpret drawings.

Responsible and committed to assigned tasks.

Team player and able to work independently.

Initiative to learn and produce quality outcomes.
