Job summary

A manufacturing company based in Shah Alam is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to ensure products meet quality standards. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in QC inspection.
• Experience in Quality Control, preferably in Electropolishing (EP) or CNC machining.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, checks testing and sampling procedures for product manufacturing processes.
• Carry out inspections on packaging line and incoming components.
• Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation.

Job description

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, testing, and sampling of products, materials, and processes to ensure they meet established quality standards and regulatory compliance

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs inspections, checks testing and sampling procedures for product manufacturing processes
• Carries out packaging line, manufacturing inspections and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials to ensure that company standards are met.
• Monitors critical equipment and instrumentation.
• May draft procedures and assist with validating or troubleshooting testing methods, including assays.
• May apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials once analytical data is evaluated.
• Any other task assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Technical Certificate.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in QC inspection.
• Experience in Quality Control, preferably in Electropolishing (EP) or CNC machining environment
• Able to understand, write and speak in English and Malay.
• Attention to detail to catch defects.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and manuals.
• A desire to achieve the best and ensure top-quality products.
• Able to perform in-process and final inspections for both EP and CNC part
