Job summary

A quality management firm in Port Klang is seeking a dedicated professional to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards. You will be responsible for conducting daily inspections of incoming materials, ensuring timely quality checks, and reporting on the Quality Management System’s performance. Ideal candidates will have experience with quality management systems and a strong attention to detail, enabling them to maintain high standards within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO 9001 compliance and Quality Management Systems.
• Strong attention to detail for materials inspection and reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively within the organization.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To ensure Jaya Nets Sdn Bhd existing QMS System comply to the ISO 9001 requirements.
• To ensure delivering a job performance meet planned output (e.g.: meet department quality objective target, achieve job efficiency or production output target, continual improvement activity if any & etc.)
• Reporting on the performance of the Quality Management System and on Opportunities For Improvement to the superior (e.g.: Internal Quality Audit, Quality Objective, Risk assessment analysis & etc.)
• To make awareness of customer focus throughout the organization such as customer feedback, customer complaint & etc.)
• To ensure the integrity of the Quality Management System is maintained when changes to the Quality Management System are planned & implemented.
• Responsible to carry out the daily duty of incoming materials inspection.
• To ensure on time IQC inspection to prevent passed lot late delivery for production use.
• To ensure passed and rejected materials are properly identified with IQC "pass" or "reject" stamping on the docket and properly segregated to prevent mix up.
• Time to time feed back to the superior on the materials incoming inspection performance (i.e.: incoming materials rejected rate and pass rate)
• To comply with the requirement of the documented quality management system.
