• Knowledge of precast production processes, including casting, curing, and finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks at different production stages (mold preparation, reinforcement, casting, finishing). Identify defects and work with the production team for corrective actions.
• Conduct weekly audit inspections and customer complaint investigations.
• Perform pre-pour inspections, verifying mold setup, reinforcement placement, and embedment positioning.
• Perform post-pour inspections, checking for defects like cracks, honeycombing, and dimensional accuracy.
• Identify quality issues and defects, recommend corrective actions, and work with production teams to resolve them.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring defects and suggest process improvements.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality control processes.
• Problem‑solving skills to address quality issues.
