About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced QAQC Manager to join LONGMOTIVE (M) SDN.BHD., a leading provider of consulting and strategy services. Based in Kempas Johor, this full‑time position will see you playing a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of the company's projects and deliverables.

What you'll be doing

Developing, implementing and continuously improving the company's quality assurance and quality control processes.

Conducting regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with internal standards, client requirements and industry regulations.

Providing expert guidance and training to project teams on quality management best practices.

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.

Maintaining comprehensive quality records and generating detailed performance reports for management.

Staying up-to-date with the latest quality control methodologies and tools.

Liaising with clients to understand and meet their quality expectations.

What we're looking for

Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.

Minimum 5 years' experience as a QAQC Manager or similar role in the consulting/strategy industry.

Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality assurance systems.

Excellent knowledge of quality control techniques, industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to think critically.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in using quality management software and data analysis tools.

Languages: Chinese & Malay only.
