Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance & Control: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and processes to ensure that automotive products meet customer and industry standards.
- Inspection & Testing: Conduct inspections and tests on automotive parts and systems to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare and present detailed quality reports to management.
- Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement: Investigate and resolve quality issues in a timely manner. Implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Supplier Quality Management: Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, ensuring they meet required quality standards. Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in QAQC within the automotive industry.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and quality standards. Experience with quality control tools and techniques.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in statistical analysis software is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
