Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients on quality issues in the absence of QA/QC Manager.
• Ensure all QAQC procedures are followed at project sites.
• Conduct QC inspections at documented inspection points.
• Follow through on NCRs and ensure corrective actions.
• Maintain Project Quality Record System for assigned projects.
• Report project quality performance in monthly reports.
• Prepare Pre-CPC Inspection Report and verify client acceptance.
• Conduct workers induction to implement quality requirements.
• Monitor and verify defects are rectified according to standards.
• Ensure proper record keeping on server is updated.
• Oversee, train and lead subordinates in quality objectives.
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by Management.

Join Our Growing Team as a QAQC Engineer!

What You’ll Be Doing

• To liaise with clients on all quality issues in the absence of the QA/QC Manager/ Assistant QAQC Manager/ Senior QAQC Engineer.
• To ensure all QAQC procedures as defined in relevant Quality Control Plan and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) are implemented accordingly at project sites.
• To carry out QC inspections at every inspection and test point documented in the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) relevant to the project.
• To follow through on all NCRs and complaints and ensure relevant corrective actions and preventive measures are in line with project quality and standard requirement.
• To ensure proper implementation of project execution plan and all related documentation on site through periodic audits.
• To be responsible to control, monitor and maintain Project Quality Record System established for all projects assigned.
• To report on the quality performance of assigned project into QAQC Monthly Report.
• To prepare Pre-CPC Inspection Report at the end of project and review and verify rectification method to obtain Client acceptance.
• To conduct workers induction / mock-up or briefing consistently to ensure proper implementation of quality requirements.
• To monitor and verify CPC and DLP defects are rectified according to relevant standard quality requirements and specifications.
• Ensure proper record keeping in server is updated and maintained at all times.
• To oversee, train and lead subordinates in achieving quality objectives.
• To perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the Management.
