Fuku is seeking an experienced QA/QC professional to lead quality assurance for data centre projects in Malaysia. You will establish quality standards, implement PQP/ITP plans, and ensure civil, structural, and MEP works meet all specifications, codes and safety requirements.

The role requires hands-on site inspections, NCR management, and leading FAT/SAT to deliver first-time-right handovers. This position is based on site in Malaysia with a focus on Tier III/IV facilities.

Competenze

• 10+ years of QA/QC experience, with 3–5 years in mission-critical facilities or data centre construction.
• Experience with Tier III or Tier IV design standards (Uptime Institute) for data centres.
• Proven experience in ground-up construction, fit-out, and testing & commissioning (T&C).
• Deep technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.

What You Will Do

• Establish and enforce quality standards for the construction and commissioning of mission-critical facilities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Management Plans (PQP) and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) in compliance with ISO 9001 and project standards.
• Ensure all civil, structural, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) work meets stringent client specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and lead Factory/Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT) to achieve a zero-defect, "first-time-right" handover.

What You Will Need

• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC, with at least 3-5 years specifically in mission-critical facilities or data center construction.
