Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a QA Engineering Manager/Senior Engineer to mentor the QA team and drive performance improvements. You will define scalable QA frameworks aligned with product risk and architecture while partnering with production, process, and engineering teams to embed quality into delivery.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a track record of defect reduction. You will ensure adherence to industry standards and audits, establish dashboards for defect rates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of QA experience with at least 3 in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, automation tools, SDLC, and compliance (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor engineers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
