Job description

Reports to Quality Assurance Junior Engineer. The role involves daily visual inspection or the use of QA equipment such as Calipers, CMM, and Laser Scan as assigned by the immediate superior.

Responsibilities

• Enter all inspection data into inspection check sheets and obtain approval from supervisor.
• Report non-conformities detected to supervisor and relevant parties.
• Ensure measuring tools and equipment are calibrated and properly safeguarded.
• Maintain inspection records in an orderly manner and keep the area tidy at all times.
• Liaise with Production for quick turnaround of work‑in‑progress to secure clearance.
• Daily update on Daily QA Report.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5’S practices.
• Apply company policies, procedures, and shop floor rules consistently.
• Adhere to all occupational safety and health laws and regulations, including standard practices and procedures instituted by the Company.
• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Department Head from time to time.

Qualifications
